Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
MBSR is a blend of meditation, body awareness, and mindful movement: learning through practice and study how your body handles (and can resolve) stress neurologically.
This MBSR course is provided by Palouse Mindfulness and it is completely free of charge. There is a myriad of rich material to learn from, as well as a variety of world-renowned teachers (such as Jon Kabat-Zinn, Thich Nhat Hanh, Pema Chodron, Sylvia Boorstein, Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Kristen Neff, and Shauna Shapiro) who will guide you every step of the way.
By completing this course, you will learn skills that can increase your ability to cope with stress, pain, and the challenges of everyday life, deal with disturbing events with grace and composure, and be fully present and alive in this moment.
